Job Chances-Key Account Manager
JD:
1. Play an integral part in the Client Account development in conjunction with Team leaders and consultants of Aker BPO, RPO,Staffing and EHM business etc.
2. Develop and strengthen/improve executive level relationships to understand customer business needs, identify suitable areas where new initiatives/projects will add business advantage
3. Identify business opportunities across BPO, RPO,Staffing,EHM,HR Solutions and develop bid proposals for future business opportunities and manage bid cycle. Participate fully in bid presentation and contract negotiation.
4. Establish and maintain business plan for key accounts.
5. Achieve account business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with minimum 5 years’ KA working experience
2. Be familiar with the operation and process of BPO,RPO,FSM or have experience in CRM/BDM within the service industry
3. Evidence of success in building and maintaining Key Account relationship at high level
4. Capable of developing and executing strategic sales plans
5. Strategic and lateral thinker with strong solution orientation
