Job Description:
1. Work with line managers to define the detailed job description and job requirements for open positions;
2. Identify/choose sourcing channels for each specific position;
3. Publish recruiting advertisements through Internet, job fair market, internal posting, etc. and manage the info;
4. Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, face to face interviews, assessments and reference check for the candidates;
5. Provide professional observation and comments to line managers on their decision making;
6. Support on-boarding process, including pre-employment medical check, preparation for on-boarding, etc;
7. Organize different recruitment projects such as Campus Recruiting, Job Fairs, etc.;
8. Make sure the recruitment activities complying with the hiring procedures and company compliance policies, make improvement when necessary.;
9. Perform other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in recruitment function;
3. Good command of oral and written English;
4. Good communication and influence skill;
5. Proactive, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skills.
