Responsibilities:
1)、 Responsible fbusiness development in Xiamen,Building up maintaining good relationships with key Ac
2)、 Collect market information prepare business plans , according to direction of company requirement through close cooperation with other team to development client
3)、 Responsible fnegotiating with the client, signed the contract getting orders, achieve company’s requirements targets.

Requirements:
1)、Bacheldegree above
2)、 more than three years sales experience in HR consulting service industry.
3)、 Excellent communication skills in English
4)、 Teamwork in a fast-pace dynamic environment
5)、 Result oriented, be able to work according to targets deadlines
6)、Familiar with a specific industry, able to develop grow business within the field independently.

工作职责:
1)、 负责厦门及福建区域业务拓展和大客户关系的建立和维护;
2)、收集市场信息和准备商业计划书,按公司要求方向和其他团队紧密合作共同开发客户;
3)、负责跟客户谈判,签订合同拿到订单,达到公司的要求和指标。

工作要求:
1)、全日制本科或以上学历;
2)、至少5年管理咨询或者服务行业销售经验;
3)、优秀的英文沟通能力更佳;
4)、能在快速发展,充满活力的环境中与团队合作;
5)、结果导向,能按照业绩指标和时限要求工作;
6)、能够在相关行业独立开发并发展业务。
