The survey revealed that 93% of recruiters expect to see an increase in revenue over the course of 2015. Working with contractors was a big draw for recruiters, as 84% said that at least half of their revenue came from working with repeat clients. Bullhorn also found that a growing number of the 217 recruitment agencies polled intend to expand their operations throughout 2015, with 36% saying they are looking for bigger offices, an increase from 26% last year. And 89% of survey respondents stated that they would be adding to their headcount during 2015.
